Stephen has come from a background in the aviation industry as both a professional pilot and engineer.

He hopes to carry out research in partnership with major research institutes for psychology and medicine in the future.
Stephen also has plans to make available his skills, experience and these life changing tools and practices in a voluntary setting to those in need at home and in some of the less developed regions of the world.
What’s behind the name? Chiasmus Coaching
Chiasmus – [ky-AZ-mus] Noun. (Plural- mi)
A figure of speech by which the order of the terms in the first of two parallel clauses is reversed in the second. From: khiazein, meaning, "to mark with an X”, indicating a "criss-cross" arrangement of terms.
e.g., "Take care to get what you like
or you will be forced to like what you get."
George Bernard Shaw. T he Revolutionist's Handbook . (1903)
I use the word Chiasmus because it represents a similarity to the process of coaching, in that, the same contents, issues or challenges as seen differently from a changed perspective will produce a different meaning, outlook and result.
